Diagnosis
The save process was canceled because inconsistent settings were foundand had to be corrected.
Customizing settings for communication types are formally consistent ifthe following conditions are fulfilled:

• Only the contact categories Letter, Fax, E-mail, or SMS are used, since
only these are relevant for sending using the interface for sending.

• The communication type "Mail Merge Using MS Word Integration" can only
be assigned to the contact category Letter. All other contactcategories are assigned to the communication type "Printing withSmartforms".

• All communication types assigned to a contact category have to be given
a priority, starting with 1.
The system found some data records that do not fulfull theseconditions. These have been corrected if possible. Entries with errorswere deleted.

Procedure
Check the changed settings and save again.
