Diagnosis
Contact cannot be sent. The following conditions must be fulfilled forsending:

• The contact contains at least one recipient with the status "to be
sent" or "not sent".

• The contact includes at least one document.


• The contact cannot have the status "completed".

At least one of these conditions is not fulfilled.

System Response
The send process is terminated.

Procedure
Check the contact. If necessary, create a new contact. Then restart thesend process.
