• The opened document is not an Office Integration document, that is, it
cannot be accessed using the mail merge interface.

• The opened document does not contain any placeholders that could be
used by the mail merge interface.

Processing was canceled.

Procedure
Check for the errors described above, and adjust the document asrequired, or use another document.
