Diagnosis
Text must be saved as language-dependent. For incoming e-mails, thelanguage cannot be recognized automatically. For this reason, thefollowing logic is applied:
If a correspondence language has been maintained for the stakeholder(sender) &v1&, this language will be used.
If no correspondence has been maintained, the standard language(priority 1) maintained in Customizing will be used.
If no standard language has been maintained, the language is set toEnglish.
According to this logic, the language &v2& was determined.

System Response
The incoming text is saved as a contact in the language &v2&.

Procedure
If this language is not correct, maintain another correspondencelanguage for the stakeholder, as required.
