System Response
The inbound processing was canceled. No new contact was created for theincoming send request. Instead, the e-mail was instead forwarded to thenormal inbox (transaction SBWP).

Procedure
Manually create the contact belonging to the received e-mail to ensuredata consistency, copying the data from the e-mail (sender, subject,text, etc.).
