Diagnosis
While activating realignment tool &V2&, the system has recognized thatnew fields have to be initialized in table &V1&. This initializationstep is performed in the background and has not yet been completed.

System Response
The realignment tool does not have the status 'active' and cannot beused.

Procedure
Try activating the realignment tool again later, once the table has beencompletely initialized.
