SAP Message UPX_KPI701 - Parameters &1 through &2 are missing when calling planning function &3/&4

Diagnosis When calling up planning function &V3& with the parameter set &V4&,none of the parameter in the range &V1& through &V2& were transferred. Procedure Enter at least one value for the parameters &V1& through &V2& in theparameter set.
