Diagnosis
In the Web interface you have linked a planning layout with a componentof the type document. In order to work with documents, thecharacteristics presented in the layout must be able to use the commentfacility. However, this is not the case. You set the comment facilityfor characteristics in SAP BW.

Procedure
Set the attribute "Characteristic Is Property ".
