SAP Message UPWB016 - BSP application &1 already exists inactively

Diagnosis The generated BSP application was probably postprocessed in thetransaction se80. Otherwise this error should never occur. Procedure Check and delete the BSP application with the transaction se80. Ifrequired make a backup copy of the BSP application.
