SAP Message UPS184 - Packet type &1 of dist. unit does not allow corrections in target system

Diagnosis You want to create a correction package for a distribution unit in thetarget system. The distribution unit type is &V1&. This package type, however, doesnot allow the creation of correction packages in the target system. System Response The correction package cannot be created. Procedure Authorize corrections in the target system for package type &V1& (TCodeUPSC02).
