An exclusive lock was set in subplan &V1& (&V2&) in planning sessionV3 (v4) for the transaction data. for this reason, you can onlydisplay the data. This lock can be set in the following ways:
In the case of bottom/up planning, set automatically when a subplanwas sent to for approval or was approved.
In the case of top/down planning, set automatically by a lower-levelunit in the assigned organizational hierarchy, when a subplan wasfinished and released.

Procedure
Request that the lock is deleted.
