SAP Message UPS003 - From &1 to &2, &3 cannot be distributed according to the distrib. model

Diagnosis The distribution model does not allow message type &V3& to bedistributed from system &V1& to system &V2&. System Response The system cannot distribute the object. No IDoc is created. Procedure In the distribution model (TCode BD64), define a distribution of themessage type &V3& from system &V1& to system &V2&.
