Diagnosis
Package '&V1&' contains no restriction for time characteristic '&V2&'in the selection. Furthermore, you have selected the option 'frompossible characteristic combinations' in planning layout '&V3&', in thegroup field 'Characteristic relationships'. In this mode, the masterdata must possibly be read for the time characteristic. However, timecharacteristics do not have a master data table, the values aregenerated by the system. Since the selection was not restricted, thesystem would be forced to generate an endless hit list.

System Response
Planning package '&V1&' cannot be used with planning layout '&V3&'.

Procedure
Define a restriction for the selection for the time characteristics inplanning package '&V1&' (or in the higher-level planning levels). Inplanning layout '&V3&', you can also select the option 'fromtransaction data' in the group field.
