SAP Message UPP_PP_K037 - For characteristic '&1', the 'to' value is lower than the 'from' value

Diagnosis When maintaining the selections in the current planning level or thecurrent planning package for characteristic '&V1&', you maintained a'to' value that is lower than the 'from' value. System Response Manual planning cannot be called up with the current planning level or current planning package. Procedure Change the selections for characteristic '&V1&' in the planning levelor the planning package so that all 'from' values are lower than the'to' values.
