Diagnosis
The environment (planning area or level) of the layout &V1& (&V2&) haschanged. In this form, the layout can be processed but no longer usedfor planning.

System Response
The system attempts to automatically adapt the layout to the newenvironment.

Procedure
A consistent layout status cannot be generated automatically in everycase. Look at the log of the changes made and then process the layout.
