Diagnosis Initial upload of attachment is already triggered and cannot be startedagain Procedure Using the report ,attachment upload cannot be started as it is inrunning mode or it is already done. It is running please wait till thetime the status is done or if it is already done proceed to the nextstep as mentioned in upgrade document.
