You have attempted to create a parameter group, whose technical name isalready being used by a different parameter group. However in thecontext of a planning function the parameter groups must have uniquetechnical names.

Procedure
Choose a different technical name for the parameter group. Check yourprofile. The parameter group can already exist, but is not in yourprofile.
