Diagnosis
You have attempted to define a dynamic simulation. However, there arecertain prerequisites for this as far as time characteristics areconcerned. This is not the case in the current planning level.
If you wish to create a dynamic simulation in a planning level, theplanning level must fulfill the following prerequisites:

• The planning level must contain at least one time
characteristic.

• The planning level must contain exactly one time characteristic
whose characteristic values are not restricted to an individual value(e.g. several individual values or a time period). The systemdetermines this time characteristic and uses it as a basis to generatethe time series required for the simulation.

• The planning level can contain further time characteristics
whose characteristic values, however, must be restricted to individualvalues.
Note: The data model does not currently support a link between severaltime characteristics.

System Response
You cannot create a dynamic simulation because of the currentdefinition of the planning level.

Procedure
Define a planning level whose time characteristics meet therequirements described above, and then create the desired dynamicsimulation.
