Diagnosis
By simply clicking on a planning package or a planning level (as longas this does not contain any packages), the first lower-level planninglayout is started directly in the execution mode of the planningenvironment. However, no layouts are available under planning levelV1.

Procedure
Create a planning layout under level &V1& or add a layout to theplanning profile you have just set.
