Diagnosis
In a planning area, characteristics occur, which must be contained inall planning levels. For example, the characteristic "Planning area"must be contained in all planning levels of a multi-planning area.Characteristic &V1& is obligatory, but is not contained in the currentlevel.

Procedure
If you change the planning levels, the system automatically adds theobligatory characteristics.
