A planning area can contain characteristics that must be present in allplanning levels of the planning area. An example of this is theautomatically-generated characteristic "planning area". This enablesthe assignment of key figures to a Basis planning area in amulti-planning area.
You have attempted to delete such a characteristic. It is not possibleto do this.
