This message is displayed, for example, if you try to create a newplanning function with Planning -> Planning function -> Createbut no planning level is selected for which the new planning functionshould be created.

Procedure
First select a suitable object before selecting the object again. Ifnecessary, you can see in Active objects which objects of theplanning environment are currently active.
