Diagnosis
Planning level &V1& is not consistent. For example, characteristics orkey figures may have been deleted in the planning area even though theyare still used in the planning level. Another reason could also be nonvalid values of variables which are used in the level.

Procedure
If you change the planning level, the system attempts to solve theinconsistencies.
In the case that the cause of the inconsistency is one or severalvariables, the system does not remove the problem. For this reason, ifno inconsistencies are found in the change mode and you get this errormessage (for example, at the start of manual planning) the problem isnot the variables (since in the maintenance of levels, the variablesare not replaced, the system does not find the potentially not validvariable values). Then have a look which variables are used in thelevel and check the selection conditions of the variables.
