Diagnosis
Characteristic &V1& (&V2&) depends on characteristic &V3& (&V4&). Forany one characteristic, all its superior characteristics must beincluded in the planning level.

Procedure
In order to be able to delete characteristic &V3&, you must firstdelete all its superior characteristics from the planning level.
