SAP Message UPB342 - MS Excel is set up as display tool for layout &2 in &1

Diagnosis You assigned a planning layout to the planning folder for whichMicrosoft Excel is set up as the display tool. In folders with seperate output areas, the system presents all layoutswith ALV grid controls on execution in the SAP GUI, even when a layoutis set for output with Excel. However, in this case the system startsan instance of Microsoft Excel on execution which remains invisible. Procedure Proceed in one of the following ways: If you only want to execute the folder in the Web browser (with the BSP application UPB_PM02), then you can ignore this message. If you want to execute the folder in the SAP GUI, then in the planning environment in the second step of the Layout Builder, set "SAP ALVGrid" as the display tool for the layout.
