Diagnosis
The header characteristics of the layout are not restricted to singlevalues in the package. When you start this layout/package combinationin the planning framework, you are requested by a dialog box torestrict the characteristic values.
The layout headers are not displayed in planning folders with separateoutput layouts and also cannot be changed. Therefore, such layout/package combinations are not allowed with this folder type.
Planning folders, which should be executed in the Web, are not allowedto contain layout/package combinations. A selection and display of yourdata is not possible in the Web.

Procedure
Make sure that all layout headers are restricted to single values. Tochange the selections, you can use variables in the level definition.When you include variables in the folder, then they are displayed abovethe layout. By changing the variables, you can then simulate scrollingin the header.
