Diagnosis
For one application (such as OTB) it is only possible to use one articlehierarchy for all budget types. Budget level &SYST-MSGV1& uses articlehierarchy &SYST-MSGV2&. Another budget level &SYST-MSGV3& exists withhierarchy &SYST-MSGV4& that is assigned to another budget type. That isnot possible.

Procedure
Select another budget type or change the hierarchy that is assigned tothe budget level.
