Diagnosis
In a characteristic relationship of type exit,function module &V1& is used to propose combinations. The functionmodule is designed to determine only the quantity of permittedcombinations for a certain characteristic selection.
The planning layout called is currently showing a selection from whichthe "free" characteristic values cannot be determined using the functionmodule.

System Response
The characteristic relationship cannot be used to propose a combinationbecause of this incorrect setting.

Procedure
You have the following options:

• Delete the characteristic relationship.


• Use a different function module to create the combination proposal


• Change the planning layout or the characteristic selection.
