Diagnosis
The system attempted to read the following from Customizing:

• Currency key that you are using for the euro


• Exchange rate type that you are using for displaying the special
translation rules between the various participating EMU currencies.

• Date you entered for the euro to become valid for use in your system.

System Response
There is more than one currency maintained in your system, and thesehave important characteristics for the euro. Each of these exchangerate types has the currency key and validity date.

Procedure
The next screen provides you with all the combinations found ofcurrency key/exchange rate type and date for your selection. Specifythe combination that you require for the euro.
In the following screen, you need to make more specifications. Once youhave done so, save the settings. This also saves the selection that wasmade.
