Diagnosis
The system cannot make a unique assignment because it cannot telleither which risk-reducing activity you want to assign to a risk, or towhich risk you want to a assign a risk-reducing activity.

Procedure
On the left of the screen, select a risk to which you want to assign arisk-reducing activity.
On the right of the screen, select a risk-reducing activity forassignment.
Choose the Assign Risk-Reducing Activity symbol.
You can also assign a risk-reducing activity to a risk using Drag
Drop.
