Diagnosis
The system cannot make a unique assignment because it cannot determinethe measure to which you want to assign the risk.

Procedure
On the left of the screen, select a measure to which you want to assignthe risk.
On the right of the screen, select a risk that you want to assign tothe selected measure.
Choose the Assign Risk as of Current Period symbol.
You can also assign a risk to a measure using Drag
Drop.
