Procedure
Check the following:

• Verify that the URL has been entered correctly.


• Make sure you entered the correct user name and password.


• Check whether the proxy server is configured correctly (if necessary).
To do this, choose in the SEM menu Strategic Enterprise Management-> Strategy Management -> Design -> Various ->HTTP Connections: Proxy Details.
