Diagnosis
The provider measure '&V1&' is currently used by user &V2&, and islocked for that reason. User &V2& is changing either the providermeasure '&V1&' or a company measure assigned to the provider measure '
V1'.

System Response
If you try to change a locked company measure, the system switches todisplay mode instead of change mode.
If you try to assign a provider measure to a company measure, theassignment is canceled.

Procedure
Contact user &V2&, or wait until the measure is no longer locked.
