SAP Message UMG406 - Report cannot be executed. Status of CU&&UC procedure cannot be found.

Diagnosis You execute the report UM4_FINISH_PREPARATION or UMG_FINISH_PREPARATIONwhich is used to finish the preparation for a Unicode conversion in aCombined Upgrade & Unicode Conversion scenario (CU<(>&<)>UC). The execution is not allowed because the release information stored intable UM4STATUS is not available. Procedure if you are not conducting a CU<(>&<)>UC procedure you do not need to execute report UM4_FINISH_PREPARATION or UMG_FINISH_PREPARATION if you are conducting a CU<(>&<)>UC procedure and the table UM4STATUS is empty you should check that all phases in the Upgrade finished withouterror.
