SAP Message UMG391 - Could not reset the Converter Cache (CCC). Reason &1. (see long text).

Diagnosis You changed the SPUMG option "Code Page for INDX type tables" in theSPUMG settings. When changing this option the so called Converter Cache(CCC) has to be reset but the reset failed. The return code was &V1& Return Code 1: the reason for the failure is not known. Return Code 2: the user does not have sufficient authorization to resetthe CCC. Procedure Depending on the return code please Return Code 1: call transaction /i18n and select "Trouble Shooting ->CCC Cache" from the menu. Reset the CCC by selecting "Clear Cache" fromthe menu bar. Return Code 2: Make sure you have sufficient authorization to reset theCCC. A check for the authorization object "S_ADMI_FCD" is done. Theauthorization "S_ADMI_FCD" for the field SCP1 has to be set.
