Diagnosis
You tried to maintain a Reprocess Log for a table which is alreadyprocessed by another user. Therefore a lock was set for the table toavoid parallel processing of a Reprocess Log of a single table.

System Response
No language assignments can be done as long as the lock exists for atable. Currently only the display of the Reprocess Log is possible.

Procedure
Wait until other users finished their work for the table. You can takea look in transaction SM12 to see which user has the lock for a specifictable. In /SM12 use
Table name: UMGINFO
Lock argument: RL*
User name:
to view the locks currently set for the Reprocess Log maintenance.
