Diagnosis
The data for the Briefing Book structure you generated has been exportedsuccessfully and placed in the folder that you specified in the filesystem when you started generating the structure.
The exported Briefing Book consists of different files, sometimes invery large numbers. To make it easier for you to manage these files, thesystem has combined the exported files into a Zip file.

Procedure
To produce the final print version of the Briefing Book, proceed asfollows:

• Ensure that Adobe FrameMaker Version 7.0 (or higher) is installed on
your PC.

• Extract the individual files from the Zip file and into the FrameMaker
work directory. In the extraction, the different data types areautomatically distributed to the subdirectories created for thispurpose.

• Start Adobe FrameMaker and open the file 'BB_framemaker.xml'.


• Make any desired changes to the file and then print it.
