Diagnosis
Either the period is already closed or it is not immediately adjacentto the last closed period (Note: There cannot be an open period betweenclosed periods).

System Response
The action is canceled.

Procedure
Call up the period closing log in the Balanced Scorecard Monitor (
Start function) under Edit -> Period closinglog. You can then check which periods are already closed and changeyour entries accordingly.
