Diagnosis
In the element assignment, you want to remove a scorecard element fromthe scorecard you are currently editing.

System Response
The scorecard element is locked and for that reason cannot be removed.

Procedure
Switch back to editing the scorecard and select another scorecardelement. Then go back to element assignment. Now you can remove thescorecard element.
