You cannot assign data to the set type &V1& (&V3&); the set type is notassigned to the base category &V2&

Procedure
Maintain the set type and the base category as follows:
Create the base category in the product hierarchy, if it does not exist.
Assign the set type &V1& (&V3&) to base the category &V2& in the producthierarchy.
Alternatively, you can ask your power user to create this data.
