Diagnosis
There are various possible causes:
- no connection was established
- the address is invalid

Procedure
Check that you have entered the correct Web address and that it ispossible to call up Web pages from your PC. Note that in the WWW, it isquite common for Web addresses to be changed and therefore certainpages may no longer be available.
There may be a temporary data transfer problem. If the problempersists, contact your network administrator.
