Diagnosis
No content providers could be found with the status "new" or "inprocess". This can have two causes:

• The list of preselected content providers is empty.


• Preselected content providers are available, however these all have the
status "completed".

System Response
It is not possible to enter a content provider.

Procedure
Goto the "Content provider" tab and choose one of the followingprocedures:

You can include new content providers in the list. You select these newcontent providers from the quantity of all content providers, for whicha profile was created in the SEM-BIC "Source Profile Builder".
If no content provider profile has been maintained, goto the "SourceProfile Builder". Start Source Profile Builder
You can also create a new content provider directly from the EditorialWorkbench, where you are currently: To do this goto the "Research" tab,enter a suitable name for "Content provider" and the appropriate URLaddress and select "Save in favorites list...".

• Preselected content providers are available, however these all have the
status "completed".
Change the status of the content provider, which you want to loadagain, from "completed" to "new" or "in process".
