Diagnosis
The results documents of the research request last processed weredelivered.
If for the delivery parameter of the research request, "by e-mail" wasselected for the type of delivery, then the system has sent an e-mailwith the results documents as an attachment.
If for the delivery parameter of the research request, "by assignmentto evaluation objects" was selected, then the system has included thedocuments in a combination of characteristic values and a key figure.

System Response
After the delivery, the research request is converted to the status"completed", closed and can no longer be edited. Provided that for thedelivery parameter of the research request, "regularly" was set up,when the next activation date is reached, the system will set it in theinitial status "new" and as a result it will be visible again.
