System Response
The results documents were not delivered. The research request remainswith the status 'in processing' in the worklist.

Procedure
Note: This window should not be closed in the transaction calldescribed below, since otherwise it is not possible to return to theEditorial Workbench!
First check in the user maintenance (transaction SU01)whether for the user, which you are logged onto the system with, theaddress for internet mail is maintained. If this address is notmaintained, the system cannot send any e-mails, since no sender addresscan be entered in the e-mail.
If the field for the internet mail address is still empty in the usermaintenance then enter a valid address.
Start the Editorial Workbench again. Try to send results documents bye-mail again. If problems still occur then inform your systemadministrator.
