Diagnosis
Characteristic value &V1& is used in ODS object &V2& of BW system &V4&.Therefore, you cannot delete &V1&. You can only delete it whenthe characteristic value is no longer used.

Procedure
If you want to delete &V1&, you must first change the ODS objectconcerned so that &V1& is no longer used.
However, other uses of &V1& can exist. After you have made changes tothe ODS object, the system may display another use during the nextdeletion attempt. You need to delete all uses displayed. Then you candelete &V1&.
