Diagnosis
Characteristic value &V1& is used as node &V3& in the hierarchy with thename &V2& of BW system &V4&. As the hierarchy is used in anaggregate, you cannot
delete the characteristic value &V1& with its hierarchy entry in theBW system &V4&. Deletion is only possible if the characteristic value isno longer used in a hierarchy.

Procedure
To delete the value &V1& in BW system &V4& , you must first change anddeactivate hierarchy &V2& so that &V1& is no longer being used.
