Diagnosis
Hierarchy &v1& of InfoObject &v2& has not been activated in BW withdestination &v3&. The following causes are possible:

• In certain situations (for example, when uploading data) you may not
want synchronized activation because this could lead to runtimeproblems.

• If aggregated data exists for a hierarchy, this data must be rebuilt
when the hierarchy is activated. This process can take a long time,depending on the volume of data. This is why the changes are notautomatically activated in this case.

• If NO aggregated data exists and the hierarchy still was not activated,
this can be due to a temporary problem (such as a communication error).

Procedure
If necessary, activate the hierarchy manually.
