SAP Message UDM_MSG038 - Case not found

Diagnosis
The dispute case could not be found in the current system forcase processing. It is possible that when creating casesasynchronously using IDocs, the create transaction has not been postedyet.

Procedure
Wait until the create transaction is completed. If necessary, checkwhether an error occurred during the processing of the create IDocs.
