You have deactivated all views of the workbench for a user. This settingis not allowed.

System Response
The system automatically chooses the default, activated views for theuser.

Procedure
The workbench cannot be used without views. At least one view must beselected. If a user really does not want to use the workbench, you cando this by restricting the authorization for transactions.
