Diagnosis
The cursor is not positioned on a hierarchy node. The cursor must bepositioned appropriately to set the focus and to expand or compressnodes.

Procedure
Position the cursor on the relevant node of the hierarchy, which isdisplayed in the first column, and then call up the function again.
